MESH is Hiring: Performance & Lifecycle Growth Lead

Type: Full-time
Hybrid: 2 days/week in office
Reports to: Senior Growth Marketing Manager

MESH is building THE professional network for young African entrepreneurs.

We’re looking for a technical, data-driven growth lead who knows how to turn (paid) traffic into retained, high-value users.

Growth at MESH isn’t about vanity metrics — it’s about unlocking real opportunity for young Kenyans.

What you will own

Paid Acquisition (Hands-On)

  • Google Ads (Search, PMax, App Installs), Meta, TikTok
  • Funnel-structured campaigns
  • Retargeting ladders + audience exclusions
  • Daily bid and budget optimization
  • Diagnosing CAC shifts quickly and calmly

Tracking & Measurement

  • GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel
  • Custom events + attribution validation
  • Behavioral audience building
  • Clean reporting that connects CAC to LTV

Lifecycle & Retention

  • Guest → registered → activated → retained journeys
  • Behavioral segmentation
  • Control vs target experiments
  • Structured incrementality measurement

Who We’re Looking For

Experience + Hard Skills

  • 4–7 years in performance or growth roles
  • Experience on high-scale platforms (3M–6M+ users)
  • Advanced Google & Meta execution
  • Strong analytics capability (SQL preferred)
  • Proven lifecycle and retention strategy experience
  • Bonus: experience in marketplaces, fintech, or community-driven platforms
