Mesh's pricing is a standard 6% of the ticket price on our standard package rate. For for information about our pricing, have a look at our platform pricing.

You can sign up as a Mesh planner here, to take advantage of our cloud based platform and sell your events, deals and experiences online. We guarantee settlement of funds in your nominated account within 2 working days. 

We do not refunds tickets already sold, however we can switch orders and void orders that you might have made erroneously. 

Mesh is an acronym that was coined from the larger phrase MEMORABLE EXPERIENCES START HERE. It signifies a journey that we have
undertaken and we hope you will undertake from beginning to end as you organize/attend an entire event, travel for holiday or even as you enjoy a local experience. All experiences listed here are fully customizable to suit your taste so you can sit back, relax and have some fun.

Yes, we are a reliable and trustworthy place to get tickets. Orders at MESH are backed by our guarantee which provides peace of mind that your transaction will be secure, your tickets authentic and that your tickets shall arrive on-time to you.

Our secure website uses the latest security measures to make sure your personal information is kept safe. To ensure your order and personal information is secure, we use modern 256-bit (AES) encryption and regularly audit our network for vulnerabilities. The payment provider we use only captures payment information through the initial checkout process, so your credit card number is never stored. The tickets listed for sale on MESH come from a large network of independent sellers. These sellers may be ticket brokers, large ticket wholesalers, consolidators, event stakeholders, or individual ticket sellers. We have been building our network of ticket sellers for over a decade; and are able to offer you access to some of the best tickets and prices. MESH does not own the tickets, and they are not fulfilled locally in our office.

All listings have options upon check out such as priority booking or provisional accommodation that you can add onto the cart. Your spot will be reserved and upon arriving at the venue all the check out options will be provided.

MESH provides all common payment methods such as VISA, Mastercard; as well as mobile money options available. MESH also supports SwypePay payments.

MESH does support ex post facto changes in the event you’d like to upgrade your experience or select a more affordable option.

Not exactly, while MESH does allow you to change your experience, all listings are in limited supply; therefore, we cannot guarantee that all options will remain open. Also, all cancelation is subject to a cancellation fee that is not determined by MESH but rather the venue’s policy. Our algorithm does prioritize present experience holders over newer clients.

Yes! It's free for organizers to use MESH if you're not charging for tickets! There are no monthly charges, enrollment costs, or setup fees. If you're charging for ticket sales, our fees vary by package.
