Day 1: Mt Kenya Area
The only ‘tree hotel’ ever to be built on the slopes of Kenya’s legendary Mount Kenya, Mountain Lodge offers a matchless game viewing opportunity whilst combining a glorious panorama of mountain vistas with the primordial splendors of an ancient rainforest. Floating 2,195 m high on the flanks of Kenya’s highest mountain and secreted deep within her largest forest reserve, the lodge offers not only the champagne-clarity of mountain air, the tranquility of the forest and a colourful cavalcade of wildlife but also the chance of scaling the icy peaks of Africa’s second-highest mountain.
Guests can also awake to the trumpeting of elephant, fall asleep to the symphony of the African night or sit in stillness and observe the fascinating interplay of the animals as they arrive to drink, bathe, spar and forage around the water hole. Finally, they can venture down to the secret viewing hide by the water’s edge and experience the awesome thrill of being only meters away from some of the most massive beasts on earth.
Early morning departure from Nairobi for Serena Mountain Lodge in the Mt. Kenya region arriving in time for lunch. Afternoon spent at leisure with optional activities/ game drives in nearby parks. Dinner and overnight will be at your lodge.
Day 2: Lake Nakuru National Park
Situated at the heart of the Rift Valley, the Lake Nakuru national park is home to one of the most amazing ornithological spectacles of the world- the flight of flamingoes! Aside from the flamingoes, the park has over 450 species of birds-a heaven for any avid bird watchers. The park is also a sanctuary to the highly-endangered black Rhino and abounds with other game such as buffalos, lions and the elusive leopard.

Afternoon spent at leisure. Later in the evening you will head out for your evening game drive, returning to your lodge for dinner and overnight.
Day 3: Masai Mara Game Reserve
Masai Mara is situated in south-west Kenya and is one of Africa’s Greatest Wildlife Reserves. Together with the Serengeti National Park in Tanzania it forms Africa’s most diverse, incredible and most spectacular eco-systems and possibly the world’s top safari big game viewing eco-system.

Early morning departure from your hotel after breakfast. You will be driven to the shores of Lake Naivasha with optional stops enroute.
Lake Naivasha is a freshwater lake in the Kenya section of Africa’s Great Rift Valley, and is located north west of Nairobi with the town of Naivasha on its north eastern shore. Apart from transient streams, Lake Naivasha is fed by the perennial Malewa and Gilgil rivers and, most unusually, it now has no visible outlet. However, it must be assumed that such a large body of water has to have an underground outflow through a volcanic fissure or similar somewhere beneath the expanse of its lake bed, and it has been suggested that the water emerges through the fresh but hot water springs at Lake Magadi, an otherwise brackish and pinkish coloured soda lake 120kms to the south. Lake Naivasha is home to a wide variety of wildlife including a sizeable population of hippos, a healthy fish population and a variety of fish-eating birds such as Long-tailed and Great Cormorants, along with Fish Eagles, Pelicans, and various types of Kingfishers.
You will be residing at Lake Naivasha Sopa Resort or equivalent. You will arrive in time for lunch. Afternoon spent at leisure. Dinner and overnight at the lodge
Day 6: Amboseli National Park.
Second in popularity after the legendary Masai Mara, Amboseli National Park not only offers great game viewing but is also the place to go for the best views of iconic Mt Kilimanjaro. The world's tallest free-standing mountain actually rises just across the border in Tanzania but Amboseli has a postcard-perfect view of its snow-capped peaks, rising almost six vertical kilometres above the savannah. The best time to view 'Kili' is at dawn and sunset when the clouds lift and the light is clear and soft. The streams from Kilimanjaro surface in the centre of Amboseli, creating wetlands that support a rich diversity of wildlife and most of the classic big mammals are there. The species list includes lion, elephant, buffalo, leopard, spotted hyena, giraffe and cheetah, and bird watchers will be happy with a list that tops 300 species.
Early morning departure after breakfast. You will be driven to Amboseli National Park with optional stops enroute arriving after lunch. In Amboseli you will be residing at Amboseli Sopa Lodge or equivalent. Later in the afternoon you will go for your evening game drive. Dinner and overnight at your lodge.
